<br />K. All applicable licenses, permits and bonds required for the operation of the Real
<br />Property and, if applicable, the Facility in the malll1er specified in Section 2.03 have been,
<br />or will be, obtained.
<br />
<br />L. It will operate, maintain, and manage the Real Property and, if applicable, the
<br />Facility in compliance with all applicable laws, statutes, rules, ordinances, and regulations
<br />issued by any federal, state, or local political subdivisions having jurisdiction over the Real
<br />Property and, if applicable, the Facility.
<br />
<br />M. It has, or will acquire, the following interest in the Real Property and, if
<br />applicable, the Facility, and, in addition, will possess all easements necessary for the
<br />operation, maintenance and management of the Real Property and, if applicable, the
<br />Facility in the manner specified in Section 2.03:

<br />D A lease on the Real Property, in form and substance acceptable to the State
<br />Entity, for a term of at least 50 years which cannot be prematurely

<br />Entity, and, if applicable, either fee simple title to the Facility or a lease
<br />therefore for a tenn of at least 50 years which cannot be prematurely
<br />cancelled or terminated without the prior written consent of the State
<br />Entity; or

<br />D An easement on the Real Property, in form and substance acceptable to the
<br />State Entity, for a tenn of at least 50 years which call110t be prematurely
<br />cancelled or terminated without the prior written consent of the State
<br />Entity, and, if applicable, either fee simple title to the Facility or a lease
<br />therefore for a term of at least 50 years which call110t be prematurely
<br />cancelled or terminated without the prior written consent of the State
<br />Entity;
<br />
<br />and such interests are or will be subject only to those easements, covenants, conditions and
<br />restrictions that will not materially interfere with the completion of the Project and the
<br />intended operation and use of the Real Property and, if applicable, the Facility, or those
<br />easements, covenants, conditions and restrictions which are specifically consented to, in
<br />writing, by the State Entity.
<br />
<br />N. It will fully enforce the terms and conditions contained in any Use Contract.
<br />
<br />O. It has complied with the matching funds requirement, if any, contained III
<br />Section 6.23.
<br />
<br />P. It will supply, or cause to be supplied, whatever funds are needed above and
<br />beyond the amount of the Grant to complete and fully pay for the Project.
