te rville 1880 Main Street, Centerviffe, WN55038 <br />651-429-3232 or Ta,(. 651-429-8629 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #06-045 <br />A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING SUPPORT AND CONGRATULATIONS TO <br />THE TOWN (NOW CITY) OF COLUMBUS <br />WHEREAS, the Township of Columbus is located in Anoka County near the north <br />border of the City of Centerville, and <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Columbus has been in an ongoing struggle to protect its <br />jurisdictional boundaries, and <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Columbus has recently incorporated as a city and will now <br />become the City of Columbus. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />1. That the City of Centerville express its congratulations to the City of <br />Columbus on its recent incorporation and to the new City Council of <br />Columbus upon taking their oaths of office. <br />2.
