He then said that he would like Staff to be extra <br />diligent to ensure that all the testing is done appropriately and Staff should be even more <br />diligent than the standard to ensure that it is done right. <br /> <br />Engineer Statz indicated that there is a two-year warranty after completion. <br /> <br />Engineer Statz recommended that Council approve the change order. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Terwav. seconded bv Council Member Terwav. to <br />approve the Chane:e Order for 21st Avenue/Backae:e Road as recommended bv StatT. <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv. <br /> <br />2. Olson's Sewer Service. Inc.. Olson's Excavating Service Demolition Bid 1601 <br />LaMotte Drive - $15.744.98 <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson suggested waiting to see if a legitimate buyer that can move <br />the building is available within 30 days otherwise the bid from Olson's should be <br />considered for approval. <br /> <br />Council agreed. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Terwav. seconded bv Council Member Lee. to <br />authorize demolition of 1601 LaMotte Drive bv Olson's Sewer Service. Inc.. Olson's <br />Excavatine: Service Demolition Bid of $15.744.98 if no viable proposal to move the <br />buildine: is received. AU in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />vm. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />1. Proposed Ordinance #XX. Second Series - Amending Chapter 111 of the <br />Centerville Code Insurance Requirements <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that this is an attempt to amend the Code to allow <br />Council more time to process a proposed suspension oflicense. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee. seconded bv Council Member Lakso. to approve <br />Ordinance #XX. Second Series - Amendine: Chapter 111 of the Centerville Code <br />Insurance Reauirements. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />2. Proposed Ordinance #KX.
