Cardinal, Sr., who resides in <br />hydrologic area 1 portion of the Rice Creek Watershed District. For your information Mr. Cardinal <br />has written that he is not seeking re-appointment. The other current managers, appointed by three <br />different counties, live in hydrologic areas 1, 2, 3, and 5 of the Rice Creek Watershed District.
