City Mgr. <br /> <br />From: Brian Hronski, Outdoor Ice Coordinator <br />Date: October 9, 2006 <br />Re: Dry Land Practice SchedulinQ Memo <br /> <br />Dear Coaches, <br /> <br />CYHA has received pennission to use the paved "ice" rinks at Inner Park in Circle Pines, Laurie laMotte <br />Memorial Park in Centerville. (Lexington Memorial Park in Lexington will not be available for dry land <br />practices until October 25th.) Coaches interested in scheduling time should note the following: <br /> <br />Contact me, Brian Hronski, at #651-653-3358 or 651-982-2446 to set up practice <br />times. If I am not available, leave a voice mail message and I will call you back to <br />confirm dates and times. <br /> <br />Rules for Inner Park, Circle Pines: <br /> <br />1. The keys for the shelter building at Inner Park (2 keys) are kept in a lock box found on the shelter <br />door handle. The combo will be given to you when you contact me to schedule practice times. <br />2. At Inner Park, it is the coach's responsibility to turn rink lights off by 9:00 p.m., secure the building <br />(entrance and restroom doors) and return the keys to the lock box when done. <br /> <br />Rules for Laurie LaMotte Memorial Park, Centerville: <br /> <br />1. The keys for the shelter building (access to lights only, not the wanning housel) and locks for the <br />nets at Laurie laMotte Memorial Park (2 keys) are kept in a lock box found on the shelter door <br />handle. The combo will be given to you when you contact me to schedule practice times. <br /> <br />2. At laMotte Park, it is the coach's responsibility to turn rink lights off by 9:00 p.m., secure the <br />building (access to light room only), and chain the nets to the hockey boards. Return keys to the <br />lock box when done. <br /> <br />Rules for Lexington Memorial Park, Lexington: <br /> <br />1. The key for the shelter building at Lexington Memorial Park is kept in a lock box found on the <br />shelter door handle. The combo will be given to you when you contact me to schedule practice <br />times. <br /> <br />2. At Lexington Memorial Park, the lights are automatic.. .make sure the building is secure and the key <br />is returned to the lock box when done. <br /> <br />3. The nets at Lexington Memorial Park can be found in the shelter. For security reasons, please <br />return them to the shelter when practice is done. <br /> <br />We all need to do our part to keep the rinks clean and usable. If you arrive for practice and the rink <br />needs cleaning and/or sweeping, please take a few minutes to do this.
