Centervi{{e, 'MJ{ 55038 <br /> <br />(651) 429-3232 . 1}'a:{(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION #06-047 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION RECOGNIZING THE SERVICE AND DEDICATION OF <br />COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR, THE LATE JAY MCLINDEN. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County employed Jay McLinden as County Administrator since <br />August, 1982, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. McLinden, provided excellent leadership through times of great change <br />in Anoka County, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. McLinden was a leader that was respected and liked by county and city <br />staff and elected officials, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. McLinden died on November 4, 2006, following a several week <br />struggle with illness. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that Council expresses its <br />sincere sympathy to Mr. McLinden's family, his colleagues and his co-workers at Anoka <br />County.
