Subd. 2 Prohibited adiYity. It is unlawful for any designated offender to participare in a 1loIiday event involving children UDder 18 years of age, such as cIistributiDg caady or other items to cbi1dren on Halloween. weariDg a Santa Claus costume 011 or pru-.cding CbristInas, or wearing an Easter Buany costume on or ~ing Easler. Holiday evCIds in which the offender is the parent or guardian of the chiIdrc:n involved, and no non-familial children are present. are exempt from 1his paraarapb. Subd. 3 Masuranent of distance. A.
