Pa:((651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 06-051 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ASSESSING FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CITY <br />RECOUPING ITS COSTS FOR CLEANUP OF THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS <br />7111 BRIAN DRIVE, CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA (pIN #R23-31-22-11-0059) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City requested that the property owner cut the grass (Nuisance) from <br />the property on September 19, 2006; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification of the above requests along with the <br />appeal process (via certified mail); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City provided proper notification of its right to reimburse itself for the <br />associated lawn maintenance costs through the 429.101 process if said violation was not <br />abated within its given timeframe and Council ordered its cleanup; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the owner of the property was given proper notification of an assessment of <br />$113.90 to be placed on the property taxes of PIN #R23-3 1-22-1 1-0059 payable in 2007. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That the Finance Director or the City Clerk of the City of Centerville forward this <br />resolution to the Anoka County Property Tax Division for the assessment of <br />$113.90 to be placed on PIN #R23-31-22-11-0059 payable in 2007 for <br />expenditures associate with the lawn maintenance at the residence in October, <br />2006. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council ofCenterville on November 29,2006. <br /> <br />Mayor, Mary Capra <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />City Clerk, Teresa Bender <br /> <br />~Y <br />
