<br />November 10, 2006 <br /> <br />City of Centerville <br /> <br />Re: drainage <br /> <br />Dear Sirs, <br /> <br />My property at 7085 Progress Road has drainage problems. After <br />heavy rains and snow melt run-off, Sager's parking lot drains into this <br />backyard causing flooding in the yard, garden, and shed. This never <br />happened until the parking lot was installed/expanded. The parking lot <br />should drain into a catch basin not my backyard. The City of Centerville <br />should never have allowed this to happen. I am not seeking damages, but <br />the city must correct this problem. <br /> <br />Paul Montain <br />
