Individuals, families <br />and the communities at large would benefit from access to this community trail system. <br /> <br />Studies have shown that 70% oflandowners felt that overall, an adjacent trail was a good <br />"neighbor," with positive impacts including: <br /> <br />1) getting in touch with nature (64%), <br />2) recreational opportunity (53%), and <br />3) health benefits (24%). <br /> <br />Furthermore, 70% of real estate agents use trails as a selling feature when selling homes near <br />trails.
