CF~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06 - 050 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING PROJECT FOR BLOCK 7 <br />REDEVELOPMENT (GRADING & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Block 7 Redevelopment (Grading & Utility <br />Improvements project, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Contractor <br /> <br />Bid Amount <br /> <br />Precision Excavating & Grading, LLC <br />Dresel Contracting, Inc. <br />Penn Contracting, Inc. <br />Burschville Construction, Inc. <br />Jay Bros., Inc. <br />North Pine Aggregate, Inc. <br />Three Rivers Construction, Inc. <br /> <br />$124,548.00 <br />$152,280.00 <br />$201,003.50 <br />$218,310.00 <br />$224,880.00 <br />$227,963.15 <br />$334,994.00 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Precision Excavating & Grading, LLC is the lowest responsible bidder for <br />$124,548.00; and <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and City Administrator are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the <br />attached contract with Precision Excavating & Grading.
