Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br />hereby grants approval of a conditional use permit for: <br /> <br />Applicant, Jackson Commercial, LLC/Sedona Townhomes, LLC, to construct a <br />three-story building exceeding the normal height limit of35 feet. <br /> <br />Approval is granted to construct a building to a maximum height of 46 feet in <br />accordance with the plans drawn by Michael 1. Thomas Architects dated <br />September 18,2006 and subject the conditions of this permit. <br /> <br />2. Property. The permit is for the following described property: <br /> <br />(Insert Legal Description) <br /> <br />3. Conditions. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. The applicant shall conduct a noise study to verify that sound levels emitted <br />by building heating/cooling equipment will not exceed 70 decibels at the <br />property line. <br />B. Grantee will follow the standards and requirements of the City of Centerville, <br />Rice Creek Watershed District, Anoka County, Army Corp of Engineers, <br />FEMA, Minnesota DNR and any other agency having jurisdiction over the <br />project and shall secure and file with the City, any permits required by outside <br />agencIes. <br />C.
