Centerville, :M!N 55038 (651) 429-3232 . p~ (651) 429-8629 STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOn CITY OF CENTERVILLE RESOLUTION 1106-O57 RESOLUTION FSrABLISBING A DEED RESTRICI10N ON LAND PURCHASED WITH DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES GRANT FUNDS - GRANT PROJECT OR07-002- WHEREAS, the City of CcmterviIle was awarded a Department ofNatmal Resources grant to purchase land restricted by Grant Project OR07.oo2; and WHEREAS, the grant agreement related to the grant project has a deed restriction requirement for the property descn"bed as: The northeasterly 112.5 feet of the following descn"bed property: That part of the Sovtheast Quarter (SE %) of Section 22, Township 31 Nortb, Range 22 West of the fourth principal meridian and that part of the Southwest Quarter (SW %) of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 22 West of the fourth Pl.incipa1 meridian described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 23; thence South on the west line of said Section 23 to the southwest comer of the NOdhwesl Quarter of the &uthwest Quarter of said Section 23; thence East 24.75 feet; thence North parallel with the west line of said Section 23 to a point 249.2 feet south of the north line of the SvuthwCSt Quarter of said Section 23, to the point of ~;Ilni. said point being the intersection of the northwesterly right-of-way line of LaMotte Road as established per the plat of LAMOTIES SECOND ADDmON; thence North 39 degrees 41 minQtes 45 ~ East alcmg said northwesterly right-of- way line of LaMotte Road a distance of 186.76 feet; thence North 50 degrees 29 mimttes 27 seconds West a di$nCe of 250.86 feet to the Low Water Mark of CenterviDe Lake (883.27) - Lowest recorded water e1ewtion per Minnesota Department of Natural Resources; thence southerly along the Low Water Mark to its intersection with the northwesterly exteDsion of the north line of Lot 1, Block 1, LAMOTfES SECOND ADDmON; thence South 50 degrees 29 minntes 27 seconds East along said north line of Lot 1 a distance of 238.25 feet to the northwesterly right-of-way line of said LaMotte Road as measured along the north line of said Lot 1, Block 1; thence North 39 degrees 41 mim\tes 45 seconds East along said northwesterly right-of-way of LaMotte Road 38.24 feet to the point ofbr.ginniqg. l'.n1ItAiniqg 0.42 acres, IIlOIC or less.
