Consider approving the following land transaction resolutions, at the re~ of the division <br />manager of Property Records and Taxation: <br /> <br />A (Langfeld) Applications (2) by governmental subdivision for conveyance of tax-forfeited <br />properties for an authorized public use - city of Blaine - PIN #31-31-23-22-0008 and 0010 <br />- by City of Blaine for right-of-way for County Road 51 roadway, sidewalk or trail, and <br />storm water quality ponding purposes. <br /> <br />B. (Sivarajah) Application by governmental subdivision for conveyance of tax-forfeited <br />properties for an authorized public use - city of Circle Pines - PIN #25-31-23-33-0009 - by <br />City of Circle Pines - for roadway for County Road 17 (Lexington Avenue). <br /> <br />See attached applications. <br /> <br />13. Consider approving the following resolutions relating to realigning a split residential parcel, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 123A.455, as recommended by the responsible <br />commisSioner for real estate: <br /> <br />A Resolution #2006-169 relating to property belonging of Ronald A and Sally J. Committee appointments, as recommended by the Human Services Committee: <br /> <br />A. Consider reappointing Floyd Ordemann to the Community Corrections Advisory Board, <br />representing District #5, for a two-year term expiring December 2008 as recommended by <br />Commissioner leDoux. <br /> <br />B. Consider reappointing Verlo Larson to the Board of Adjustment for a three-year term <br />expiring December 31, 2009. <br /> <br />C. Consider reappointing Jim Way to the EMS Council representing Law Enforcement, for a <br />three-year term expiring December 2009. <br /> <br />D.
