<br />SECTION 3 <br /> <br />. When making appointments the Council will consider qualifications of candidates <br />as well as make an attempt to represent a geographic cross section of the City. <br />. Candidates will be formally notified by letter of the Council's decision. <br /> <br />SECTION 4 <br /> <br />. The City Administrator will notify the chairperson of the committee/commission <br />on the Council decision. <br />.
