"Project I-B7 Minimum Improvements" means the Minimum Improvements to be completed on Block 7 of Development Property, generally consisting of at least 30 units of residential rental apartments; "Project I-B8 Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of at least 40 units of residential rental apartments and an approximately 17,000 square feet of commercial/retaiVcommon area located on the first floor of the building; "Project I-B9 Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial property split between two floors; "Project 2-B4 Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of at least 32 units of residential multi-family housing, either rental apartments or for sale ownership, and an approximately 12,000 square feet of commercial/retaiVcommon area located on the fIrst floor of the building; "Project 2-B5 Minimum ImDrovements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by mid in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of at least 60 units of residential multi-family housing, either rental apartments or for sale ownership, and an approximately 17,000 square feet of commercial/retaiVcommon area located on the fIrst floor of the building; "Project 2-BE-W Minimum ImDrovements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of approximately 40 units of residential owner- occupied townhouses; "Project 3-B6 Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of at least 60 units of residential multi-family housing, either rental apartments or for sale ownership; "Project 3-BlO Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as consisting of approximately 40 units of residential owner- occupied townhouses; "Project 4-B3 Minimum Improvements" means the substantial completion of the improvements contemplated by and in accordance with this Agreement and the Construction Plans and generally described as at least 12 units of residential rental apartments and approximately 10,000 square feet of commercial/retaiVcommon area located on the fIrst floor of ~~~ . 7 q4
