As the City of Centerville has a population of less than 5000 people, the <br />City shall pay zero percent (0%) of the cost of construction and <br />installation of the whole traffic actuated signal system at CSAH S4 <br />(including County supplied materials). <br /> <br />15. The County shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of all interconnect <br />costs. <br /> <br />16. The City shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of Emergency Vehicle <br />Pre-emption (EVP) costs. The City's estimated cost for EVP is $7,500.00. <br /> <br />17. The City shall pay their share of mobilization and field office for City <br />non-participating items. The City's estimated cost of these items is <br />$35,750.00 <br /> <br />18. The City shall pay their share of traffic control for City non-participating <br />items. The City's estimated cost of these items is $4,750.00 <br /> <br />19.
