<br /> <br />ervi{{e <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />REZONE~ COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT, PRELIMINARY PLAT & <br />VARIANCE <br />THE, PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING AND <br />WNING COMMISSION <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will consider the requested rezone, Comprehensive Plan Amendment, <br />Preliminary Plat and variance submitted by Mr. & Mrs. Jeffrey Hanzal. The Hanzar s are <br />requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission consider rezoning the portions of <br />their property located at 7381 Old Mill Road from P-l (Public, Semi-Private) and R-5 <br />(Single Family Residential - Estate) to R-2 (Single Family Residential). The Hanzal's <br />are requesting a corresponding Comprehensive Plan Amendment. The Hanzar s are also <br />requesting Preliminary Plat allowing them to construct HanzaI's Subdivision containing <br />six (6) lots with one (1) of those lots containing an existing home. The HanzaI's are <br />requesting that the Planning and Zoning Commission also consider granting a variance <br />request for Lot 6 of the proposed subdivision due to the proposed plat's current wetlands <br />and minimum building site for the lot. <br /> <br />The meeting will be held on for Tuesday, January 2, 2007 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly <br />thereafter. The purpose of the meeting is to ascertain public input regarding the above <br />requests and the possibility of granting the rezone, Comprehensive Plan amendment, <br />preliminary plat and variance. The public hearing on these matters will be held in <br />Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, CenterviIIe, Minnesota 55038. <br /> <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign <br />language interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. December- 29, 2006.
