<br />4 <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />NOVEMBER14,2001 <br />6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br />meeting on November 14, 2001, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> <br />PRESENT: Mayor Tim Swedberg <br />Council Member Dick Travis <br />Council Member Mary Capra <br />Council Member Mari Nelson <br />Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers <br /> <br />ABSENT: None. <br /> <br />STAFF: City Administrator Ms. Moore-Sykes <br />City Engineer, Tom Peterson <br />City Attorney Hoeft <br />Public Works Director Palzer <br /> <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Swedberg called the November 14,2001, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />II. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />Council Member Capra requested that the Communications Task Force presentation be <br />moved to Item 3 under Appearances. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Nelson. seconded bv Council Member Broussard <br />Vickers to approve the agenda as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />III. PUBLIC HEARING (8) <br /> <br />1. Ordinance #4 Amendments (Continued from Planning and Zoning) <br /> <br />Council Member Broussard Vickers indicated she would like to wait to hold the public <br />hearings until Mr. Palzer arrived at the meeting because there was confusion at the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission level and Mr. Palzer's interpretation is necessary. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 25 <br />
