Downtown Redevelopment - Draft Development Agreement <br /> <br />Administrator Larson stated this was a draft of an Agreement and a workshop would be <br />scheduled in the future to discuss this. <br /> <br />Council agreed to add the discussion of this Agreement to the January 11, 2007, 6:30 <br />p.m. Worksession agenda with this item starting at approximately 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />4. Centerville Sesquicentennial <br />a. LaCompany <br /> <br />Mayor Capra stated LaCompany was interested in coming to the City for the <br />Sesquicentennial. Mayor Capra stated that she would continue discussions with them and <br />keep Council abreast of any issues that may arise. <br /> <br />5. Correspondence to Anoka County Integrated Waste Management <br /> <br />This item was addressed in item 5 under New Business. <br /> <br />6. Centennial Lakes Police Department Update (Pat Aldrich) <br /> <br />This item was moved up to A wards/Presentations/Appearances. <br /> <br />x. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Terway, to adiourn <br />the December 27, 2006 City Council meetin2 at 8:43 p.m. All in favor.
