Permit. Subject to the tenns and conditions set forth herein, tbe City of Centerville <br />hereby grants approval of a eonditional use permit for: <br /> <br />Applicant, Jackson Commercial, LLC/Sedona Townhomes. LLC, to eonstruct a <br />three-story building exceeding the normal height limit of 35 feet. <br /> <br />Approval is granted to construct a building to a maximum height of 46 feet in <br />accordance with the plans drawn by Michael 1. Thomas Architects dated <br />September 18, 2006 and subject the conditions of this permit. <br /> <br />2. Property. This permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A The applicant shall conduct a noise study to verify that sound levels emitted <br />by building heatinglcooling equipment will not exceed 70 decibels at the <br />property line. <br />B. Grantee wilJ follow the standards and requirements of the City of CenterviUe, <br />Rice Creek Watershed District. Anoka County, Army Corp of Engineers, <br />FEMA, Minnesota DNR and any other agency having jurisdiction over the <br />project and shall secure and file with the City, any permits required by outside <br />agencies. <br />C.
