<br />Mayor Capra called the December 27, 2006, City Council meeting to order at 6:34 p.m.

<br />Mayor Capra indicated added under the consent agenda item 1, page 21(a); under item 6,
<br />"Approval of Massage Therapist License & Sauna(s) or Massage Parlor(s) License - Ms.
<br />Lisa Kieselhorst (Subject to Successful Criminal Background Check); under awards add
<br />recognition of Council Member Terway; under new business, add item 10, Resolution 06-
<br />05X "Operating Transfers of Funds"; add item 11, "Facility Use Agreement/Metropolitan
<br />Transit and the City of Centerville"; under announcements move the Centennial Police
<br />Department Update from AnnouncementslUpdates to
<br />A wards/Presentations/Appearances.

<br />Motion by Council Member Terway. seconded bv Council Member Lakso to
<br />approve the a2:enda as presented. All in favor. Motion carried unanimouslv.
