Pa.:{ (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />AS OUTLINED IN ORDINANCE #17 & EXHIBIT "A", FOR PROPERTY <br />LOCATED AT "7381 OLD MILL ROAD" THIS ENTIRE PROPERTY WILL BE <br />PLACED IN ZONING DISTRICT R-2 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />PORTIONS OF THE PROPERTY ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE P-l <br />(PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC) & R-5 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL- ESTATE) <br />ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to duly given mailed and published notice, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission held a public hearing on January 2, 2007 and considered public <br />comments regarding the aforementioned amendment and adopted its recommendation to <br />City Council supporting the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of January 10, 2007 <br />considered the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation and concurred with <br />their motion. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE,NUNNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The recommendation for rezoning of the subject property to R-2 (Single <br />Family Residential) is hereby approved. <br />2.
