Pheasant Marsh 3M Addition (000616-03134-0). The Contractor hasfinished the bituminous <br />bike path and utility & street work for the season. The contractor has been given a punch list <br />of items to complete and will continue to work on these items. <br /> <br />2. Hunters Crossing 3M Addition (000616-05141-0). All work has been completedfor the year. <br />The Contractor will resume work in the spring. We are currently working on final quantities <br />and record plans for the project. <br /> <br />3. 21st Avenue/Backage Road (000616-05143-0). All construction will resume in the spring to <br />finish the project. We are currently preparing a punch list for the Contractor. The Backage <br />Road will be blocked with barricades for the winter, but 2pt Ave. will be open to traffic. <br /> <br />4. CSAH 14 (000616-04139-0, 000616-06144-0, 000616-06150-0). <br /> <br />Forcemain <br />We have submitted plans, specs and bid items for inclusion in the 95% submittal. <br /> <br />Water Main <br />We have submitted plans, specs and bid items for inclusion in the 95% submittal. <br /> <br />StreetscaDe <br />We have submitted plans, specs and bid items for inclusion in the 95% submittal. <br /> <br />5. 2006 Storm Water Analysis (000616-06146-0). A final report will be sent to the Rice Creek <br />Watershed District based on our meetings with them. We are inquiring about the possibility of <br />constructing some of the Best Management Practices (rain gardens, vegetated swales, etc.) <br />prior to our street reconstruction projects to avoid the affects of future rule changes. <br /> <br />6. Old Mill Road Improvements (000616-06147-0). We submitted a revised cost estimate to the <br />City and Developer about a two weeks ago per the Council's request. <br /> <br />7. Fairview Street Improvements (000616-06148-0). We have provided the City with a <br />feasibility estimate for the improvements so that staff may negotiate assessment waivers with <br />the adjacent property owners. <br /> <br />8. Cedar Street Water Main (000616-06149-0). Final Record Plans were sent to the City. <br /> <br />9. Westview Water Main (000616-06151-0). Draft Record Plans were sent to the City for <br />review and approval. <br /> <br />10. Block 7 Redevelopment Grading and Utility Improvements (000616-06152-0).
