<br />Alternate 10) <br /> <br />The City of Circle Pines agrees to pay the City of Centerville fees equal to <br />45% of the building fees generated by the 1997 State Building Code Fee <br />Schedule as adopted. In addition, the City of Circle Pines shall pay to the City <br />of Centerville 75% of the plan review fees generated from applications for <br />building permit review fees. Such payments of fees shall be made no later <br />than 45 days after the end of each month and shall be based on the percentage <br />due, as indicated above, of the permit fees received by the City of Circle Pines <br />in such month. <br /> <br />11) This agreement shall be self-renewing for additional one year periods. At the <br />option of either party thereof, the agreement may be terminated at any time <br />during the year by notifying in writing the other party a minimum of ninety (90) <br />days prio:' to the intended termination date. <br /> <br />12) Centerville, through its City Administrator or its designees, agrees to meet from <br />time to time with any duly designated officials of the City of Circle Pines. The <br />purpose of said meeting shall be to make suggestions for improvement in the <br />implementation of this contract or for amendments thereto provided, however, <br />that no such suggestion or amendment shall be binding on either party until <br />reduced to writing and duly signed by the parties hereto. <br /> <br />13) It is understood and agreed that the entire agreement of the parties is contained <br />herein and that this agreement supersedes aU oral and written agreements and <br />negotiations between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City of Centerville hereby adopted by its governing body, <br />has caused this agreement to be signed by its Mayor and attested by its City Administrator, <br />and the City of Circle Pines hereby adopted by its governing body, has caused this agreement <br />to be signed by its Mayor and attested by its City Administrator all on the day and year first <br />above written. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY OF CIRCLE PINES <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Its Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />Its Mayor <br />
