CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />1. Roll Call <br /> <br />The meeting was called to order at 6:35 p.m. <br /> <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />III. APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Mr. Bart Rehbein, Preliminary Plat (The Shores) - 1475 Mound Trail <br /> <br />Mr. Rehbein indicated that the Preliminary Plat had not changed other than to add the <br />requested details discussed at the previous Planning Commission Meeting. <br /> <br />Chairperson Hanson asked if Mr. Palzer felt there would be any problems with having the <br />pond located close to the road. Mr. Palzer indicated it should not be a problem because <br />there is already drainage in the ditch coming off of Mound Trail. <br /> <br />Commissioner DeVine asked if the City Engineer had reviewed the preliminary plat. Mr. <br />Palzer indicated that the City Engineer had reviewed the Preliminary Plat and will <br />provide comments in the near future. <br /> <br />Page I of 15 <br />
