File #12037 <br /> <br />Dear Clerk: <br /> <br />Enclosed is a copy of a Survey which was used in connection with the lot split for R & R <br />Leasing, Inc. Also enclosed are copies of the assessments for wmer main and sewer <br />improvements and an unspecified municipal improvement. Each of these affects Parcel <br />23 31 32 240001 which we believe is comprised of 6.75 acres; .49 of an acre is in County <br />_~.:.:~Road No.4, leaving 6.26 acres to pay the assessment. We are requesting a breakout of <br />--Parcels 2 and 3 which are the parcels that have been sold to permit them to be paid in full at <br />this time ,md to carry the parcell and parcel 4 forward without full payment. My <br />understanding is that this has to be placed before the Council to approve splitting the <br />assessment. <br /> <br />Please place this matter before the Council.
