The budget <br />serves as a check on city operations. <br /> <br />I am requesting the following information regarding the 200 I Budget. I am specifically requesting information <br />on the moneys spent but not allocated in the line item 2001 budget but approved by the city council for <br />expenditure. <br /> <br />This includes, but is not limited to: <br /> <br />the commlU1ication committee; <br />the parks and recreation committee; <br />the Fete des Lacs committee; <br />mayor and council salaries; <br />employee salaries and/or benefits; <br />expenses related to the city administrator search <br />legal fees incurred regarding the dismissal of employees <br />legal fees incurred regarding my request for information dated September 13, 2001; <br />any and all other expenditures not included within the 2001 budget. <br /> <br />I would also like the information used by the city council to rationalize the choices of how to distribute funds to <br />particular services which were lU1-budgeted for in 2001. <br /> <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />'dl/ttlfJ..., f/;~~ <br /> <br />Sanna Buckbee <br />7381 Peliter Circle <br />Centerville, MN 55038 <br />
