<br /> <br />1880 Jv[ain Street (J; Centervi[[eJ w[1\[ 55038 <br />(651) 429.3232 a ,/a?( (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 01 - 018 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID & AWARDING PHEASANT MARSH SUB- <br />DIVISION (PHASE I) STREET & UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of streets and <br />utilities for the Pheasant Marsh Sub-Division (Phase I), bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received: <br /> <br />Contractor's Name <br /> <br />Total Base Bid <br /> <br />Park Construction Company <br />Forest Lake Contracting, Inc. <br />Northdale Construction Co., Inc. <br /> <br />$726,615.90 <br />$767,825.70 <br />$807,862.35 <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Park Construction Company is the lowest responsible <br />bidder, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTER VILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />contract with Park Construction Company in the name of the City of <br />Centerville for the improvements of streets and utilities according to the plans <br />and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 26th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />Approved by the Centerville City Council on September 26, 2001. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />Clerk/Treasurer <br />
