Motion carried. <br /> <br />3. 1862 Main Street - Rezone Request <br /> <br />Council Liaison Broussard Vickers suggested Mr. Schlavin speak to Mr. Palzer to obtain <br />a list of all the commercial building code requirements. She then suggested Staff check <br />with the City Attorney to determine whether theJ~ity can put a limitation as to the type of <br />commercial use that would be allowed at the property as a condition of the rezone. <br /> <br />Mr. Schlavin asked if there was a driveway setback as he needs to put in a driveway to <br />get to the back of the property for employee parking. Mr. Palzer indicated that City Code <br />does not specify a driveway setback. <br /> <br />Mr. Schlavin indicated he was willing to sign the waiver extending the time the City has <br />to either approve or deny his request. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner DeVine. seconded by Commissioner Brainard to table the <br />request for a rezone from residential to commercial at 1862 Main Street to allow <br />time for more research by the applicant and the City. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Zoning Map Updates/Corrections <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner DeVine. seconded by Commissioner Wilharber to table <br />this mater to the next meeting. All in favor.
