The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, September 4, 2001 and September <br />12, 2001 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter, respectively. The purpose of the meeting is to <br />hear all parties present regarding the possibility of approving the final plat for Phase 1- <br />Pheasant Marsh legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel Identification Number R23-31-22-34-0001 and <br />Parcel Identification Number R23-31-22-43-0001 <br /> <br />Southeast Quarter (SE 'i4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 'i4), and the North Half <br />(N 'is) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 'i4) of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1;4), all in <br />Section 23, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, 1VIinnesota, except the South <br />528.64 feet of the North 578.64 feet of the West 445 feet of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE 'i4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 'i4), Section 23, Township 31 North, Range <br />22 West, Anoka County, 1vf:innesota, subject to County State Aid Highway #21 <br />and any easements of records. <br /> <br />The City Hall is i'\DA accessible.
