Female stated that she had spoken with the Centennial Lakes PD in this regard last evening ,when an ambulance removed a youth from the park with a broken arm. Female stated that this is the second broken bone since the park opened. Female stated that she has spoken with neighboring residents in regards to an attendant at the 'park and all concurred that it is strongly advised. Female also stated that youths are using the park after dusk (skating until 10:00 p.m.).
