If bill redistricting Legislature is passed and signed subd. 1; on first day of session, deadline is'March 29. If ward 2048.14, subd. redistricting is not done within required time, mayor and 3; 205.84 council cannot be paid until wards are reconfirmed or redefined as required by statute. Jan. 30 Last day for housing and redevelopment authority to file Minn. Stat. report of activities, receipts, and expenditures with S 469.013, subd. commissioner of trade and economic development, state 1 auditor, and city council. Jan. 31 Last day for city to designate official depositories. Minn. Stat. (Applies to statutory and fourth class charter cities.) SS 427.01; If council fails to act by deadline, treasurer selects 427.09 depositories. Jan. 31 Last day for candidate or ballot committee to file final Minn. Stat. financial report with filing officer (city clerk) if candidate/ S 211 A.02, subd. committee received or made disbursements over $750 in 1 (b) 2001. If report not filed, clerk must notify county attorney. Jan. 31 Last day for city to forward 2002 summary budget Minn. Stat. S information to state auditor using forms prescribed by 6.745, subd. 1 state auditor. Jan. 31 Lobbyist expenditure report is due in state auditor's office Minn. Stat. S by this date. 6.76 Jan. 31 Last day for a local public housing authority to report the Minn. Stat. loss in the number of low-income rental units or Section 8 S 469.0305, certificates or vouchers from the previous year to subd. 1 commissioner of housing finance agency. The report should also assess the reason for a loss and whether it is due to state welfare reform initiatives. 26
