Copy of the Power Point presentation prepared for the Lino Lakes City Council which is the proposal Lino Lakes made for a quad cities police force. 2. Police Department budget for years 1998 (actual), 1999 (actual), 2000 (budgeted), 2001 (budgeted), all on one sheet. 3. Calls generated for years 1996 through 2000 from our latest annual report from the Police Department. 4. A breakdown of calls for 1998, 1999 and 2000 by category from the Minnesota Crime Information Manuals, BCA Annual Statistics. 5. A roster of personnel in our Police Department, along with start dates. 6. Our Public Services Director's best estimate of the costs of operation and utilities for the Police Department. (These expenditures are not tracked by department.) 7. Insurance costs for the Police Department are included in document #2, the department Dudget. 8. Pages from our Comprehensive Annual Financial Reports for years ended 1998, 1999 and 2000. The City's annual independent audit does not look at departments individually and departments are not charged for a portion of the audit: 9. Weare unable to provide labor relations and legal fees specific to the Police Department other than the information contained in the budgets provided in #2. These services are centralized in Administration and not charged to individual departments. ' 10. An itemized list of grants currently in effect in the Police Department and the status of each, according to our Finance Department records. 11.
