<br />o -8 <br />.~ ~~ <br />. ~<<-. <br />==-,: Burnsvi lie Skate Park Inc. <br /> <br />SKATE PARK RULES <br /> <br />1. Skating is restricted to inside the fenced in area. <br /> <br />2. All skaters must fill out a waiver form and have a registration card <br />on file. <br /> <br />3. All skaters must wear the following protective equipment: a helmet, <br />elbow and knee pads, wrist guards and appropriate footwear. <br /> <br />4. All protective gear and equipment must be designed for <br />skateboard/in-line skating and be':in good condition. The Burnsville <br />Skate Park reserves the right to r~fuse to allow anyone to skate if <br />they're protective gear_~nd equipment is not adequate. <br /> <br />5. All skaters agree to act in an orderly, safe and considerate manner <br />while on the premises and in the skating area. <br /> <br />6. No "snaking". Everyone is to wait his/her turn. Reckless or <br />dangerous skaters will be requested to leave the skating area and the <br />premises immediately. <br /> <br />7. All injuries, whether major or minor in nature, are to be reported to <br />the sta((il~,I11ediately. In the case ofa: serious injury, do not move the <br />injurecfpersBfi and all skating on that ramp shall cease immediately. <br /> <br />8. Only one skateboardeds permitted on a skateboard at a time. <br /> <br />9. No bicycles, roller skates, alcohol, tobacco products or drugs are <br />permitted in this facility. <br /> <br />10. Food or drink is allowed in picnic tables areas only. No food or <br />drink on the ramps or skating area. <br /> <br />11. No children younger than 8 will be allowed in the skating area. <br /> <br />12. Proper language and mus.ic must be used at all times. Anyone <br /> <br />showing disrespect or found using or playing improper language will <br />be asked to leave. Parks 3 Rec 2001 <br /> <br />-127- <br />
