Kelly's pays all payroll taxes and benefits. <br />Temporary employee is guaranteed 4 hours minimum per day. <br /> <br />Manpower charges approximately $17.60 - 19.36 for the same skilled individual and <br />pays all payroll taxes and benefits. If chosen to hire, negotiate % of yearly salary as <br />buyout on contract. <br /> <br />Midwest Staffing Group, Inc. approximately $11.00 - $ 12.00/hour + 1.6% of total earned. <br />City pays payroll taxes. Minimum contract: 520 hours or 13 weeks. <br /> <br />Staff is aware of an individual that has provided community service hours to the City <br />recently, who has stated willingness to ascertain employment within the City. <br />Council/Staff may consider arranging a contract on their own instead of the services <br />listed above which seem costly. <br />
