Identification and management of conflict <br /> <br />You will learn the strengths and likelihood for success of each final <br />candidate and gain insight into how to best manage and work <br />effectively with the candidate. <br /> <br />7. Interviewing and Selection We will arrange a schedule of interviews <br />for final candidates. We will assist in this process to the extent <br />requested by you. Directed by you, we will assist in the negotiations of <br />employment terms, recommend a compensation package calculated to <br />attract the preferred candidate, and participate in the final <br />negotiations. <br /> <br />8. Performance Evaluation At your request, we will assist in conducting <br />a performance evaluation after six months of employment. This will <br />lead to a Work Program to be utilized over an 18-24 month timeframe. <br /> <br />GUARANTEE <br /> <br />The Brimeyer Group offers an 18-month guarantee to clients who <br />utilize our complete process.
