Reliance Development renewed interest in property surrounding the County Bank <br />. 21st Avenue Feasibility Study <br />. Senior Housing (Drilling Outlots) <br />. Several inquiries into the Royal Industrial Park <br /> <br />The above projects are in addition to the pending projects that we currently have in <br />various stages. <br /> <br />. Eagle Pass Second Addition <br />. Pheasant Marsh <br />. Downtown Redevelopment <br />. LaMotte Park Improvements <br />. Comprehensive Plan Amendments <br /> <br />The following items have limited the amount of time that present staffhave been able to <br />dedicate to the pending and potential projects before the City. <br /> <br />. Insurance renewal <br />. State Audit <br />. Local Audit <br />. Increased activity in existing and new committees <br />. Outdoor Recreation Grant application <br />.
