Thr:: proposed am~ndment has been <br />conditionillly approved by the Cily and involves minor sewer staging. A 55- <br />acre single family detached residential development is situafed within portions <br />of two 5-yea~ staging periods. <br /> <br />The City desires to redesignale 10.19 gross/net acres of land from lhe 2001. <br />200S MUSA staging period to 2006-2010 and redesignate twenty (20) gross <br />acres (15.90 net .acres) of land from the 2006-20 I 0 stagill~ period to 200 {. <br />2005. Fifty lots within the subdivision will be developed between 2002 and <br />2005. The remaining 27 lols will be developed after 2005. <br /> <br />[t appears that recent regional SOWer improvements serving the C~nlervillc <br />have been completed. This plan amendment does not llffect the existing 2010 <br />sewer flow forecast OT a land use change.
