No license <br />shall be issued in violation of any of the laws of the <br />State of Mirmesota, and any violation of any law of <br />the State of Minnesota relating to the aale and <br />distribution of liquor shall be consid~red a violation <br />of this code. <br /> <br />400.10 SUl!penBion and Rsvooation. The Council may either <br />suspend for not to exceed 60 days or revoke any liqtl0r <br />license, or impose a civil fine not to exceed $2,000 for <br />each violation, upon a finding that the license.e has failed <br />to comply with any applicable statute, regulation or <br />provision of this Code relating to alcoholic beverages, or <br />becomes ineligible for a license pursuant to any provision <br />of this code or state law. No suspension or revocation <br />shall take effect until the licensee has been afforded an <br />opportuni ty tor a hearing before the Council pursuant to <br />sections 14.57 through 14.69 of the State's Administrative <br />Proced.ure .n~ct. This section does not require the City to <br />conduct the hearing before an employee of the Office of <br />Administrative Hearings. <br /> <br />SECTION 405 LICENSING AND REGULATING THE SALE AND <br />CONSUMPTION OF NON-IN"l'OXICATING MAL'!' LIQUOR <br /> <br />405.01 Provisions of State Law Adopted. E~cept where this <br />Section contains a different provision, the prOVi.sions of <br />Hinn Stat.
