<br /> <br />City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> December 13, 2006 <br />Council agreed. <br /> <br />Council Member Lakso indicated that the Resolution would be presented at the next <br />cable meeting. <br /> <br />All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 12. Resolution #06-057 – Establishing a Deed Restriction on Land Purchased with <br />DNR Grant Funds <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra indicated that this is to keep the City in compliance with the grant funds. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that this Resolution will demonstrate to the DNR <br />that the land will be used for the purpose intended. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lee, seconded by Council Member Paar, to approve <br />Resolution #06-057, Establishing a Deed Restriction on Land Purchased with DNR <br />Grant Funds. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />13. Centennial Youth Hockey/Laurie LaMotte Park <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated that he was contacted concerning the issues with <br />someone turning off the main breaker at LaMotte Park. He then said that they do not <br />wish to upset the City and would like to work with the public works staff to ensure that <br />they are doing things correctly. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that Staff would look into the situation with Public <br />Works. <br /> <br />IX. ANNOUNCEMENTS/UPDATES <br /> <br /> <br />1.City Administrator, Mr. Dallas Larson <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />2. CSAH 14 JPA (Update) <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser indicated he would be presenting the final JPA to Mr. Fischer <br />tomorrow and the County has its last board meeting on December 19, 2006 and he is <br />optimistic that the County will see the City’s side on several of the issues. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra said that ponding will almost be a legislative issue for the cities in Anoka <br />County with regard to what the County is asking communities to do and she does not <br />know how much can be done with this. <br /> <br />Page 16 of 19 <br />
