Resolution #06-053 – Approval of 2007 Budget and Tax Levy <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #06-053 – Approval of 2007 Budget and Tax Levy. All in favor. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Liquor/Tobacco License Renewal <br /> <br /> a. Trio Inn <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra whether the application was complete. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the Trio Inn has met all of the requirements and <br />is entitled to approval of the license. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee asked if the insurance runs from January to January. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson concurred. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso, seconded by Council Member Lee, to approve <br />the Liquor/Tobacco License renewal for the Trio Inn. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> 3. Resolution #06-054 – Sponsorship of Community Development Block Grant <br /> Application <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the City had applied earlier this year for grant <br />funds and was unsuccessful. He then said that this Resolution is in preparation for the <br />next submittal. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Paar, seconded by Council Member Lakso, to approve <br />Resolution #06-054 – Sponsorship of Community Development Block Grant <br />Application. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br /> 4. P & Z Recommendation for Approval of Conditional Use Permit for Jackson <br />Commercial/Sedona Townhomes, LLC <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson explained that the Planning Commission held two public <br />hearings on this request and indicated that at both public hearings there was very little <br />public comment and with no abutting property owners in attendance or objecting. <br /> <br />City Attorney Glaser commented that the Planning Commission reviewed his memo. He <br />then said that part of his memo was Council questions and part was a summary of his <br />Page 5 of 19 <br />
