<br />City of Centerville <br />COWlell Meeting Minutes <br />July 27, 2005 <br /> <br />7. Centerville School District <br /> <br />Mayor Capra noted she will be meeting with the Interim-Superintendent Monday at City <br />Hall, presumably to discuss the potential ofa levy. <br /> <br />8. Metropolitan Council <br /> <br />Mayor Capra noted that she would be meeting a representative of the Metropolitan <br />Council at City Hall prior to the work session for a tour of the City. <br /> <br />9. Work Session <br /> <br />Council and Staff discussed the proposed agenda for the work session. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the City owns a 1975 Ford that is not usable and <br />someone has offered to take it away at no expense to the City. <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Terway. seconded by Council Member Paar to <br />authorize Staff to let Mr. Tom Hen" of Hen" Construction take the 1975 Ford <br />Tanker as nronosed by Staff. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar indicated that they may be bringing in a monster truck on a trailer <br />for his neighborhood watch block party and asked whether the City or the City Engineer <br />felt there would be any issues with that. <br /> <br />Council and the City Engineer indicated no issue with it. <br /> <br />x. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Council Member Lakso. seconded by Council Member Paar to adiourn <br />the July 27. 2005 City Council Meetinl! at 8:25 n.m. All in favor.
