<br />Economic Development and Planning <br />Item 2. Develop presentation quality brochures and summary packets that: <br />A. Welcome business and homeowners to the City. <br />B. Explain development processes for commercial, industrial, and residential <br />property including permits, certifications, current code requirements, and review <br />processes. <br />C. Explore options with State of Minnesota Economic Development agencies to <br />promote the commercial and industrial land east of 20th Avenue. <br /> <br />We want the first impression of Centerville to potential residents and investors to be <br />welcoming, factual, and thorough. If you are a prospective business they should know <br />processes, timelines, references and contacts, ways to get questions quickly answered, <br />and the advantages of Centerville and the northeast Metro area. Planing and Zoning <br />will also probably playa role in this. <br /> <br />Some of this may already exist but it needs to be in formats that can be readily updated. <br /> <br />Item C.
