All eighty dinner tickets were <br />sold at $60 each entitling purchasers to an evening of socializing, Bingo games, <br />drawings and a delicious steak dinner. The dinner was catered by Catering Plus of <br />Hugo. Proceeds from the successful event will be applied to City parks. The Lions <br />Club is working toward the goal of building a concession stand and shelter house <br />in Laurie laMotte Park. <br />Centerville resident, Terry Sweeney was recently inducted into the Center- <br />ville Lions Club. The Lions Club will be sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt on Satur- <br />day, April 14 at II :00 a.m. at Laurie laMotte Park. More information will be in- <br />cluded in next month's Le Journal. A Spring Membership Drive is currently being <br />planned by The Lions Club.
