The developer himselfis now seeking a <br />building permit to build a h(IUSe on the last lol.H.1s improvements, however, will not be entirely <br />on the pad. The developer had previously told the purchaser of it neighboring fot [hat he, the <br />neighbor, could not build off the pad.
