<br />MEMO <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />March 8, 2001 <br /> <br />To: <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor and Council <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />Jill Lien <br /> <br />Re: <br /> <br />Recommendations from Parks and Recreation Committee <br /> <br />The following motions were made by the Parks and Recreation Committee at their <br />regularly scheduled meeting held on March 7, 2001. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Porter, seconded by Mr. LeBlanc to allow Mr. Peterson to <br />purchase cookies for Earth Day in an amount not to exceed $50.00, and to <br />allow Mr. Walter to purchase pop in an amount no to exceed $50.00. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. Walter, seconded by Mr. LeBlanc to recommend to City <br />Council to move to a seven (7) member Parks and Recreation Committee. All <br />in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Ms. De Vine, seconded by Mr. Porter to recommend to City Council <br />to request bids for running 600 Amp electrical service at Laurie LaMotte <br />Memorial Park, per the specifications provided by the City Engineer. All in <br />favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Motion by Mr. LeBlanc, seconded by Mr. Peterson to recommend to City <br />Council the rental of ADA Satellite units at all five (5) parks, per Mr. Palzer's <br />recommendation. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br />
