Mr. March mentioned the importance of giving <br />advance notice if you need something done, and not to request something two (2) hours before the <br />meeting starts. Council Member Capra suggested getting a plan from every committee, and have a <br />calendar so staffknows what's coming up. For example: The Fete des Lacs - May, June, and July, EDC <br />Business Appreciation Dinner is in May.
