He has focused his practice in natural resource <br />assessment and management. Mr. Bleckwenn has managed a <br />variety of planning, construction and natural resource assessment <br />projects. His areas of expertise include: natural resource <br />assessment, analysis, mapping, and management; Threatened and <br />Endangered Species Surveys; Geographic Information Systems <br />(GIS); Global Positioning Systems (GPS); wetland delineation, <br />assessment, mitigation, and permitting; Environmental Assessments, <br />Environmental Assessment Worksheets, Environmental Site <br />Assessments, Environmental Impact Statements; Air Quality <br />modeling; noise modeling; site planning, design, and construction, <br />residential and mixed-use planning and construction; park planning, <br />and transportation planning. He has conducted hundreds of wetland <br />delineations in eight states. By incorporating state-of-the-art <br />technology such as GPS, GIS, and AutoCAD software into his <br />practice, project information has been provided to stakeholders in a <br />seamless manner. Mr. Bleckwenn has also placed a high value on <br />incorporating public input into the planning phases of projects by <br />developing a planning process that utilizes community involvement <br />throughout a project.
