<br />Options to look at: <br /> <br />1. Council liaison: <br />a. Liaison responsible for attending monthly committee meetings and reporting <br />back to the council as a whole. <br /> <br />b. Liaison attending monthly committee meetings for support to committee. With <br />alternating committee members presenting committee report to the council as a <br />whole monthly. Note: Committee reports would be moved to the front ofthe <br />agenda. <br /> <br />c. Liaison would serve as a support to the committee and would only attend monthly <br />committee meetings if committee felt it necessary. <br /> <br />d. Council as a whole attending committee meetings upon request by the committee. <br /> <br />2. Committee liaison: Committee would select alternating committee members to present a <br />report monthly to the council as a whole.
